  4. Saramago is a relatively new author to author to me; Blindness is the third book by him I've read but it's the first book I've read for this challenge =) Just a little review, tho, since I've written lots about Saramago in the past :/

  10. The Book of Ebenezer Le Page by G.B. Edwards perfectly portrays a place (Guernsey) and a life lived there in the early twentieth century.

  21. This one is a memoir by Johanna Adorjan and takes place largely in Denmark. It's a very emotional book for me.
